As I work to bring my teaching and resources to more students in more places, I will be updating the website. Lots of changes will be coming soon!
I do all the work for this program myself, including social media, website, video content, etc., so it takes time for everything to happen, but it’s happening!
I have spent a lot of time talking to families, reviewing my past teaching, and researching the needs of children in the post-Covid 19 world. To help our boys and girls thrive in this new educational environment, I am reorienting my classes to focus more on teaching children self-directed learning skills, accountability in learning, independent thinking, and reading comprehension skills.
It’s a 360° approach to teaching children everything they need to know to be strong readers, and then use those amazing reading skills to help themselves in independent learning!

Thanks for staying with me!
When I was shadowing a classroom while Mesa U., the third graders were learning how to write stories, not just reading them. The teacher was teaching them how to identify who, what, where, when, why,and how of writing in order for a flow. More work for you, but a thought .
Thank you for the comment. I was actually hoping for comments on what sort of updates I should do to the website. I have a curriculum that I’ve implemented and used for many years. I am really focusing on changing my presentation to help families make the decision to learn with me.
Thanks again!
